Neeraj has over 10 years of experience in IT services and software product industry, working with diverse technologies and interacting with clients across geographies. He started his career with Tech Mahindra in the e-business and telecom domains and then moved to BEA Systems.

At HireAtEase, he spearheads various business initiatives and intersperses his client engagement schedule with activities aimed at growing the organization in terms of knowledge capital and service focus. 

Neeraj is an engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and has endeared himself with clients, colleagues and his academic fraternity alike making him a people-oriented person. He is an avid sports person with a marked affinity for cricket.
